The current model has only been available with a 5.3-liter V-8 engine which is able to deliver 355 horses and 383 pound-feet of torque. This engine will probably be available in the newest Suburban as well, but we can expect several new options.The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban will also receive a 2.7-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine. This unit will be able to produce 310 hp and 348 pound-feet of torque. This engine will work with an 8-speed automatic transmission.The next option should be a 6.2-liter V-8 engine. This powertrain will probably power the range-topping Suburban RST trim.Some sources claim that the new Suburban might get a V-6 twin-turbo engine, a 3.0-liter V-6 or a 3.6-liter V-6 engine.

The all-new 2025 Chevrolet Suburban should arrive at the market sometime during next year, most likely in fall. The pricing is not yet available but it will definitively be higher than the current model which starts at around $51,000.
