2026 Volvo XC60: Release Date, Redesign, Specs. If you are looking for a handsome and attractive designed SUV, then the 2026 Volvo XC60 is worth waiting for. The latest media reports reveal that the new version is coming, and we should expect its introduction later this year. Besides attractive and refreshed styling, Volvo will also offer XC60 with three different powertrains.

2026 Volvo XC60 Engine Specs
Like the previous model, Volvo offers three engine choices in its 2026 XC60. The first one is the T5 base 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4, available with FWD or all-wheel-drive AWD. The most popular is the R-Design model that looks particularly sporty compared to the regular one.

The release date of the XC60 will probably happen this year. The new 2026 Volvo XC60 T5 Momentum starts at about $41,000, plus a $995 destination fee. Suppose you want an AWD, the price will jump by $2,300 more. A T6 Momentum that comes with all-wheel-drive as standard starts at around $47,000, while the T8 Momentum Hybrid costs $55,000.
The most expensive is a Polestar XC60 (PHEV), starting at about $70,000. Overall, as you can see, the new XC60 is a bit pricier than the competition like Acura RDX, Lexus NX, Infiniti QX50.
