2025 GMC Syclone Engine, Price, Specs, & News. The upcoming 2025 GMC Syclone is a high-performance pickup truck based on the GMC Canyon. However, due to the recent modifications made by the tech team in New Jersey, this truck now has over 700 horsepower. The SVE maker is known for retuning engines and transforming regular ones into wild beasts.
It is not just the power that has been enhanced. In addition, the manufacturer will include a variety of cosmetic enhancements. The interior will get a few interesting upgrades. As a result, the Syclone pickup now has a supercharged V8 powertrain. Sales will begin later in 2025, and SVE will only produce a small number of units, about 50.
Power, Acceleration
The latest 2025 GMC Syclone is powered by a potent supercharged V8 engine. It has 750 horsepower and is powered by a retuned 5.3-liter V8 gasoline engine. Furthermore, this engine produces 600 lb-ft of torque, which is very impressive. Previously, a supercharged V6 engine was available, but it was capable of producing “only” 455 hp.
We believe the SVE did an excellent job of enhancing the truck’s capability. Furthermore, a full-time AWD system is standard, and the new suspension is optional. Though not officially confirmed, the new Syclone pickup is said to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds. It is important to say that this model is not a capable off-roader.
2025 Syclone Exterior Design
As previously said, the upcoming 2025 GMC Syclone is based on the GMC Canyon pickup. The two versions have the same platform, but the Syclone has a shorter bed and longer cab. Syclone wears more muscles as well as a more athletic and sportier stance. The front fascia is aggressive, with an amazing black grille.
LED headlights, on the other hand, are identical to those used on the Canyon edition. The SVE company chose a bigger 20-inch five-spoke wheel with matte black finishes. In general, the new GMC Syclone is an excellent option if you want a sporty pickup with body-colored features and a commanding appearance.
Inside the Cabin
On the inside, the 2025 GMC Syclone will be more luxurious than the Canyon. SVE deserves praise for using standard leather upholstery and other high-quality materials. The cabin configuration is the same, and both Canyon and Syclone can accommodate five passengers. The cabin is roomy, with plenty of legroom and headroom for all of the passengers.
On the headrests, Syclone will get new accents, contrast stitching, and the brand’s logo. Generally, the interior architecture and construction is won’t stray from what Canyon pickup already has to deliver. The GMC Syclone, on the other hand, adds more luxury, especially in terms of materials. Still, SVE won’t upgrade the existing 8-inch display, but Wi-Fi, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto are available as standard.
2025 GMC Syclone Release Date, Price
The price of the 2025 GMC Syclone is not available at the moment. The Syclone pickup provides more luxury as well as considerably more power. As a result, the starting price would be about $80,000 or slightly above that. SVE will only produce 50 models, with deliveries beginning in the fourth quarter of 2025.
